Carefully removed by professional installers. Pre-owned and has been previously installed.Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed. Not bowed or rotted at all. Some holes where furniture has been removed and some marks and scratches from removal ands storage Please see last photo/s relating to the defects. There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Professionally powder coated externally in Matt Black and internally powder coated in White Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance. Previously installed to open Inwards to the right when being opened from the outside. 5 point'FUHR' locking system making it very secure. Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key. Glazing is 18mm thick Double Glazed, Frosted, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
