Wooden Solid Oak Casement window. Wooden'Solid Oak' casement window. Carefully removed by professional installers.

Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. There is screw holes around the edges from being removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed. Not bowed or rotted at all.

Some age and weathering to the exterior. Could be sanded down and varnished to match interior again. All opening windows need lifting a little to close so could do with being adjusted or re-hung. Window C has a damaged edge but could be hidden with trim when installed. Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain Oak Brown, with a matching frame either side, but could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing Has brass hinges with worn effect handles. Externally opening windows that are side hung- see photos.

Glazing is 14mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
