Wooden Hardwood Patio/ Sliding doors. High quality Wooden'Hardwood' patio/ sliding doors. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

The door thickness is 5.4cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm. Carefully removed by professional installers.

Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed. Not bowed or rotted at all. Small gap between doors but may close up when fitted Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain Brown, with a matching frame either side. But could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing Has matching coloured furniture. The opening door is on the right and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside.

There is a lip around the edge of the door which falls into the frame, so can only operate as mentioned above. The measurements taken are of the widest part of the door.

Can only be locked from the inside; you maybe able to drill though and fit an external lock if you required. There is no external handle. Multipoint'GU' locking system making it secure. There is no main lock only a handle on the inside to lock the doors.

Glazing is 14mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. Ideal if you're after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
