Handmade-bespoke-wooden Front Entrance Door-hardwood-solid Oak-veneer-sidelights
Wooden Oak Veneer Front door. (Including 4.5cm for sill). Wooden Hardwood front door with 2 sidelights. It is unclear if the door is Oak veneer or solid Oak. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. There is some damage to the item which may need to be repaired.
Not bowed or rotted at all. One of the beading strips has snapped. It can easily be glued and would hardly show when fitted. An alarm has been fitted on the interior which can be removed. Slight weathering on the exterior bottom section of the door and on the sill, but this can easily be sanded down and re-varnished.
Please see last photo/s relating to the defects. Varnished externally and internally so the original wood grain still shows, with a matching frame either side. Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges with Chrome handles. Each sidelight is the same size which is: 45cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, just leaving just the door frame width of 92.5cm. If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 137.5cm. Opens inwards to the left when being opened from the outside.
Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way. Has two locks with one main'ERA' lock and a top Chubb lock making it very secure. Comes with 2 keys, one key for the top lock and an'ERA' key for the main lock. Glazing for the 2 sidelights is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. Glazing for the door is decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. Ideal if you're after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
