Wooden'Timber' Pine all glass French doors. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. There is residue mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed. Not bowed or rotted at all.

Frame has been cut during removal and can be repaired and re-glued. Alternatively a new frame can be made using the existing frame as a template. Few spots where paint has started to peel off the sill. Small chips to the top of the locking edge of the main traffic door. Small crack to top right corner of the frame which might need repairing/ re-gluing.

Small screw holes to the top interior of the frame and doors. Please see last photo/s relating to the defects. The colour externally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side. But could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing Has Chrome hinges with Solid brass handles. When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left. There is a lip around the edge of the door which falls into the frame, so can only operate as mentioned above. The measurements taken are of the widest part of the door.

The dimensions of just the doors are. Height: 201cm, Width: 118cm, Depth: 4.4cm.

The doors have a central lock as well as internal top / bottom corner bolt locks making it very secure. Glazing is 18mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. Ideal if you're after a high quality timber French door set at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more. Ref No: 1GU14-25-5-1 (U1 D2).
