Carefully removed by professional installers. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. There is some damage to the item which may need to be repaired- see below Not bowed at all.
Middle internal bottom of doors have some rot. This is only about 1.5cm into the door so could easily be filled- see highlighted area for rot. There is also a small bit of rot on the external weather sill, but this could just be replaced.
There are two parts of the side frame, but its not complete so can only be used as a template. Please see last photo/s relating to the defects. There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible. The colour externally is Gloss Black and internally White, but could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing Has matching brass handles and hinges. When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left.
Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security. Comes with 1'Yale' key and one bolt lock key.
Glazing is 14mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panel/s. Ideal if you're after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order, these new direct would cost considerably more.Ref No: 1AL5-12-02-1 (U1 A2).
