Wooden Trough 450mm wide x 1m long x 300mm High trough with 500mm Legs The total height of the trough is 500mm. All troughs are now pre- drilled, they are delivered semi assembled - easy assembly, photo instructions are emailed with your order - quality screws provided - only Philips type screw driver required - assembly in 5mins!

The Larch we use for the troughs is 100% organic, it is planed on all sides (by us)- and that's it! No pressure treatment or added chemical preservatives - just the natural preservative quality of Larch! The troughs are 1m long x450mm wide (external dimensions) x 350mm high and 23mm (1 inch) thick.

The total height of the troughs is 500mm. The troughs comprise of 2 x 145mm wide boards each side, that are planed to give a good fit and finish. Boards are put through our planing machine and planed on all sides. To give a great finish - really showing the grain quality of the larch. The troughs are made from natural larch that is sourced from the south lakes. Larch is a naturally resistant wood and contains resins that provide increased longevity to the troughs.

No chemicals are added to the wood, such as pressure treated tanalised wood that other manufactures use! The Troughs provide a great growing area for driveways, patios, balconies. They provide a growing depth of 230mm and an overall height of 350mm, ideal for flowers, shrubs or to use as veg beds!

We would not recommend using a liner as the larch is fine in soil. The base of the troughs are 22mm thick larch boards that sit approx 2mm apart to aid with drainage. The Troughs come delivered by our courier and are semi. All that is required is the sides to be screwed on (screws provided) and the base wood inserted, and that's it!!
