We have a matching set of bifolds of an almost identical size but open in the opposite direction. Please see item no: 124374529208. High quality Wooden'Timber' bi-folding doors. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard. The door thickness is 6.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Not bowed or rotted at all. Signs of paint cracking on the exterior bottom section of all the doors and a small patch of paint peeling on the middle door. Slight cracking to the wood on the sill due to weathering. A small area has broken off. Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Pebble Grey/light green, with a matching frame either side. Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance. There are odd light marks to the paintwork to the bottom of the doors. Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges with Chrome handles.

Externally opening & stacking doors. When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Right; when fully open all 3 doors stacks to the left. Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement. 3 point'Lockmaster' locking system making it very secure. Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3'ERA' keys for the main lock and another two for the grub handle lock.

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. Ideal if you're after some high quality bi-folding doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more. Ref No: 1OX18-08-3-2 (U1 C4 - FRAME IN U2).
