Externally the paint has flaked off in places on the sill (see photos). The rubbers around one of the french doors has come off, but these can easily just be pushed back in.

Professionally power-coated in light/pale green externally and internally. This protects the paintwork, offers a perfect finish and is maintenance free. There is part of the sill which some paint has flaked off and you can see the wood-grain. There are internal pull down blinds on every door/ window.

Included is 2 large sets of french doors, one to the side and one in the middle, with half the windows opening out the other half fixed. Has Georgian bars externally, internally and internally inside the glazing giving that high quality appearance. Glazing is believed to be 24mm toughened double glazed, with black spacer bar in-between. Side with small window: Width: 91cm, Height 195.5cm (Up to the start of the roof approx).
