Carefully removed by professional installers. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Very clean condition both sides. Not bowed or rotted at all. Small hole to the top centre as well as a small hardly noticeable chip to the frame around the glazing on the exterior side.

Varnish has come off in places on the bottom section of the door particularly on the rain sill, however the door can easily be stripped and re-varnished. Please see last photo/s relating to the defects. There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Varnished externally and internally so the original wood grain still shows. Has Solid brass hinges with Solid brass handles. Previously installed to open Inwards to the right when being opened from the outside. Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way. Has two locking points, a top'Yale' lock and a bottom Chubb lock making it very secure. Both locks would need to be changed as there is no key for either. Glazing is 28mm thick Triple Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
