+ 5cm if using bottom sill Sill is apart of the frame and if keeping top add on, the total height is 209.4. Carefully removed by professional installers.

Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed. Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. The doors and frame are not rotted anywhere or warped at all. 2 small chips to the frame when viewing internally. This does not effect the operation of the doors at all.

Painted externally in Dark Brown and varnished Light Brown internally. Comes with Gold Chrome handles and Gold hinges. Main traffic door is on the right when viewing from the outside and opens separately. Doors open externally when viewing from the outside. The two top windows open at the sides.

The measurements of the door are. Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security. Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed on the side lights and 14mm thick Double Glazed on the doors. Clear, toughened with Silver spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Each pane is separately glazed making it easy to replace any panes if damaged and gives that high quality. Ideal if you're after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more. Ref No: AL5-9-9-1 (U1- Doors D3, Frame in front of Unit).
